The McClain Group is pleased to announce the successful representation of the buyer in the purchase of an extraordinary waterfront estate at 11400 N. Bayshore Drive in North Miami.

The residence closed for $23,999,000 and represents the highest residential sale ever recorded in North Miami.

Completed in 2025, the newly constructed contemporary estate offers approximately 8,652 square feet of interior living space and more than 11,000 square feet under roof. The home features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms (8 full, 2 half), and sits on an oversized 16,594-square-foot corner lot within the gated Sans Souci Estates community.

One of the property’s defining characteristics is its exceptional 217 feet of open bay frontage, providing sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, and Indian Creek.

Designed by renowned architect Leo Shehtman, the residence was created to maximize natural light and waterfront views through expansive walls of glass, dramatic double-height living spaces, and a 22-foot grand salon. The home’s open floor plan is anchored by a custom DellaAnno kitchen with a statement island and adjoining butler’s pantry.
